MALAWI The Lake of Stars: festival of music, art and culture, returns from 30 September to 2 October 2016 on the pristine white sands of Chinteche Inn, in the wild north of Lake Malawi.

After the first four editions of Malawi Lake of Stars Chinteche from 2003, the festival has attracted thousands of people from all over Europe, Africa and the rest of the world, to become one of the best known and most important festival of the continent not only for music lovers, but also for those who want to know the country far from the most tourist destinations. A phenomenal combination of the wonder of the places and the power of music.

From 30 September to 2 October 2016 Malawi Lake of Stars, after moving annually along Lake Malawi, from Mangochi to Salima, but also in the capital, Lilongwe, returns to its roots in the north of Lake Malawi, on Chinteche Inn white sand.

International artists, new Africans talent and Malawians musicians get together to play, sing, dance in a unique setting.
